Food Log Day 2

Not remotely as light or healthy as yesterday, but consider this day a small anomaly.

Breakfast:

1. Kashi Go Lean cereal w/ skim milk

2. Carrot juice

3. Acai berry juice

4. Naked Juice Green Machine Superfood

Snack:

1. Nectarine

2. Banana

3. Orange

Lunch:

1. Naan and chicken curry with white rice and side salad.  It was free.

Snack:

1. Avocado

2. Trader Joe’s watermelon juice

Dinner:

1. 2 chicken breasts fried over olive oil and soy sauce

2. 10 Ling-Ling potstickers

3. Romaine salad without dressing
